Arena Tower
The Arena Tower stands as a slender, sculptural landmark beside the city’s football stadium, forming a dialogue between urban life and the surrounding natural landscape. Its curved form and continuous balconies create a fluid, elegant silhouette that maximizes panoramic views and light.
The tower hosts primarily residential units with ground-floor amenities and a rooftop terrace, connecting seamlessly to landscaped public spaces and pedestrian routes around the stadium. The façade combines natural textures and warm tones, blending concrete, glass, and vertical slats to achieve a refined, contemporary identity.
Green terraces, balcony planters, and shaded walkways integrate the project into its Mediterranean context, while night lighting highlights the tower’s vertical rhythm, making it a glowing urban beacon.
