The project is conceived as a direct dialogue between architecture and the sloped topography of the Liqeni i Thatë area in Tirana. A linear volume is transformed through a stepped configuration that follows the natural terrain, creating a soft silhouette integrated with the surrounding landscape.

This fragmentation reduces the building’s visual impact while generating private terraces for each residential unit, maximizing views and connection to nature. Lower levels benefit from private green courtyards, while upper levels open onto expansive terraces with optimal sunlight exposure.

The façade is designed as a modular, filtered system that balances privacy and transparency, allowing natural light to penetrate while establishing a calm, contemporary identity.

The project acts as an extension of the terrain—an architecture that does not dominate the landscape, but enhances it, offering a living experience closely connected to nature and the urban context of Tirana.
