SOLSTEP TOWER
The form of Solstep Tower is shaped by the geometry of the existing site. By following the required setbacks — 3 meters from the street and 5 meters from adjacent properties — a clear buildable perimeter was established, defining the building’s outline and orientation. This framework guided the tower’s overall composition and its dialogue with the surrounding urban context. The stair element divides and organizes the structure, becoming a key part of its spatial and visual identity.
The tower is structured around a central core from which two curved wings extend. Rounded corners soften the massing, while vertical window strips create rhythm and bring lightness to the façade. The interplay of shadow and reflection across the curved surfaces gives the tower a subtle yet distinctive presence within its setting.
Solstep Tower rises as a vertical landmark where light, geometry, and simplicity come together. Its name, Solstep — “the step of the sun” — expresses the idea of a luminous ascent, where sunlight is not just illumination but a defining element of the architecture.
